The leased-land communities are located in Salisbury, Maryland; Delmar, Maryland; Fruitland, Maryland; Eden, Maryland; Cambridge, Maryland; Delmar, Delaware; and Bridgeville, Delaware. All of these communities are very near shopping, restaurants, doctors, and schools. Most are no more than an hour drive to the beach. If these communities are not within the area you wish to live, we also have the ability to place your home in other leased-land communities, especially ones closer to the beach.

Leased-land communities are restricted communities, requiring new manufactured homes with vinyl siding and shingled roofs. Rules and regulations are established for the communities, which ensures quiet enjoyment for all residents.
